Limited Edition Callaway Staff Bag Contest Rules
How to Enter
For each action you complete through the form above, you will be entered for a chance to win the Limited Edition Callaway Staff Bag Contest. Some actions are worth more chances, illustrated by the numbers next to them. The more actions you complete, the higher your chance to win.
Contest Period
The contest begins on June 11, 2019, and ends on June 16, 2019.
Prize Drawing
In June of 2019, the winner of the Contest will be randomly selected. The odds of winning the Contest depend on the number of entries received. GOLFTEC will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within (5) days after the first date to contact him/her, GOLFTEC may select an alternative winner.
Disputes
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court.
Eligibility
The Callaway U.S. Open Staff Bag Contest Contest (the “Contest”) is open to anyone 18 or older and who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of GOLFTEC, Callaway and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.
General Conditions
In the event that the operations, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, as determined by GOLFTEC in its sole discretion, GOLFTEC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the contest.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GOLFTEC & Callaway, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt of use of the prize.
Due to certain restrictions, this contest is only open to US residents within the continental United States.
