McKay Flanagan is enrolled in the PGA Professional Golf Management program. He has worked as an assistant pro at courses in Washington and Wyoming. He has a career low round of 67. He has taught thousand of lessons with GOLFTEC, with people from every age group and skill level.

Joakim successfully completed GOLFTEC’s certified personal coach program on January 25th, 2024. Before then, he has worked with amateur and professional golfers helping them improve their mental game in golf. In 2015 Joakim earned his Master’s degree in sport psychology. His passion and drive for the game has taken him to some of the most beautiful places on earth: Drottningholm, Sweden, Costa Del Sol, Spain, and Pebble Beach, CA. He has played intercollegiate golf and competed in several PGA TOUR qualifiers. Joakim believes there is no limit to how much a golf player can elevate their game by having an open mind and passion to succeed.

Growing up in Sammamish, Washington, Jack was fortunate enough to be able to play Sahalee Country Club and Aldarra Golf Club, using those to sharpen his skills. He played 3 years at Bellevue College and 2 years at Northwest Nazarene University and couldn’t bring himself to leave the golf industry. He started club fitting at Pro Golf Discount and PXG before coming to the teaching side of the industry with GOLFTEC. His career low score is 65 twice in competition, one of them bogeyless. He comes to work every day with the want to see his students succeed beyond their own dreams!
