Dave is a graduate from the Florida State University Professional Golf Management Program. He has 10 years of teaching experience and has taught more than 14,000 lessons since joining GOLFTEC. Dave is an Authorized Network Instructor of The Stack & Tilt® Swing.

Jon was the Assistant Golf Professional and instructor at Gillette Ridge Golf Club, where he organized and headed up the weekly golf clinics. Jon is passionate about golf instruction and the technology that it utilizes. Jon has won multiple awards for excellence in coaching.
Hometown: Rocky Hill
Richard has been a golf professional for 18 years. His career began at PGA National in Florida and then after playing mini-tours, became a professional Caddie including working at Augusta National. He then worked as an instructor at Fox Hollow in Florida and RedTail Golf Club in Oregon becoming PGA and Trackman certified. Richard loves to play golf in the mountains in his spare time with his family.

Troy started playing golf with family at a young age and quickly developed a love for the game. After moving to Connecticut from Oklahoma in 2011, he spent a couple summers working outdoors at TPC River Highlands. Troy became a certified club fitter and club technician in 2014 and worked as a club fitter for 7 years. His interest in the golf swing and instruction led him to become a certified personal coach with GOLFTEC in March of 2021.
